The best lesson that you can take out of Habit #3 is gaining the strength to say yes to your most important things and no to less important things.

- The Slacker (Quadrant 4)
Goals for the week:
- Are you a "pleaser", someone who says yes to everything and everyone? If so, have the courage to say no today when it's the right thing to do.
- Set a goal to use some sort of planner for the next week. Make your own, use a graph, sticky note your tasks, etc.
- Create a daily schedule for at least one school day. Write down everything you have to do for the day including tasks, homework, and after school events (even write down what times you eat dinner). We will be taking a look at these during the Habit 3 discussion.
